It's been a while since I've writen anything in this DA journal. Much has happened since September 18th '08. The fall semester went quite well and pretty fast too. I now understand a lot more Spanish than I ever did before
With December came my 22nd birthday. One of my final exams was on my birthday at 7pm too. I just studied all day long... but when I returned home that night, I got a bunch of presents. One of them was a kick-ass Canon photo printer. It can print all the way to size letter (8.5 x 11), which I think is pretty good. Among other things, I also got a paper cutter, a matt and photo cutter, loads of different types of photo paper, and a bunch of padded mailers. I'm. in. heaven.
Why padded mailers? I finally got selling some prints! I managed to sell 12 prints over the holidays. Some of the buyers were local, others were from the United States. I'm crossing my fingers for more sales to happen. Now that I have a printer, I don't always have to go running to Black's all the time and having to pay $6 per print.

About a week ago, a stray cat found its way to Dave's. She's gotta be the cutest thing in the world She's still at Dave's for the moment until they find her a home. I so wish my home could be hers... but my dad would kill me if I ever brought home a second cat. But I still keep my hopes up.
